Jerich.io is a set of design tools for paid media, made by Nest Commerce. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Jerich.io is operated by Nest Commerce Ltd, a paid media agency based in the United Kingdom. Nest Commerce is the data controller for any personal data described here. You can reach us at adams@nestcommerce.co.
Most of Jerich.io runs in your browser. Images you upload, product feeds you load, frames you build and layouts you save stay on your device unless you choose to sign in or export them.
We run no advertising trackers, analytics cookies or fingerprinting.
Only to run the tools: to sign you in, keep your saved work, fetch the imagery you ask for, and publish frames to the Meta accounts you connect. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your imagery to train models or for any purpose other than returning your rendered output.
Under UK GDPR we rely on performance of a contract to provide the tools you ask for, and legitimate interests for security logging and keeping the service running. Where you connect Google or Meta you give consent through that provider and can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting.
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Google (sign in), Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (product page fetching and the Meta connection service) and Meta (only when you connect an ad account). Each holds appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the UK.
Saved layouts and templates stay until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Meta access tokens are removed when you disconnect or when they expire. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email adams@nestcommerce.co and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Jerich.io uses your browser's local storage to remember work in progress, your preferences and your sign in session. These are first party only; clearing your browser storage removes them. We set no third party cookies.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the foot of the page. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
